PKSF – Climate Project Management & Monitoring Platform

See how Kaz Software built a project management and monitoring platform tracking $3M+ in funds and 50,000+ beneficiaries for national climate resilience programs.

Managing climate change projects with multiple partners, complex fund flows, and thousands of beneficiaries requires more than spreadsheets. PKSF needed a unified digital ecosystem that would bring visibility, accountability, and real-time control to every phase of climate project execution.

The Need

PKSF required a web-based management and monitoring platform for its Extended Community Climate

Change Project–Flood (ECCCP-Flood).

Centralize multi-phase project workflows and partner coordination

Track fund allocations, disbursements, and reimbursements in real time

Log gender-disaggregated beneficiary data across field activities

Maintain secure, role-based access across the organizational hierarchy

The Solution

We built a project management and monitoring platform for PKSF’s ECCCP-Flood program, providing a unified system to oversee multi-phase workflows across implementing partners and geographic locations. A centralized dashboard gives project managers real-time visibility into activity status, bottlenecks, and schedule adherence, replacing scattered tracking methods with a single source of truth. The platform’s fund control module tracks budgets, disbursements, reimbursements, and funding sources in real time, ensuring financial transparency for audits, donor reporting, and efficient fund utilization.
Granular role-based access aligns permissions with PKSF’s organizational hierarchy, enabling secure collaboration across partners. Field teams log gender-disaggregated beneficiary impact at the task level, capturing real-time participation data and progress toward outcomes. This enables adaptive management and detailed reporting for stakeholders. The system now tracks 50,000+ beneficiaries and has contributed to $3M+ in operational cost savings through streamlined workflows and reduced errors.

The Challenge

Managing large-scale climate programs with multiple partners and thousands of beneficiaries meant balancing precision, access, and usability—all in one system.

Cracked Desert Ground

The Partnership

Our partnership with PKSF focused on aligning digital transformation with climate resilience management.
Through joint workshops with finance, program, and field teams, we mapped workflows, funding hierarchies, and monitoring needs, building a role-based system that mirrors PKSF’s real-world operations.
Developed with Vue.js, Laravel, and MariaDB, the platform manages multi-phase project oversight, financial tracking, access control, and field-level impact data—now monitoring 50,000+ beneficiaries and enabling $3M+ in operational efficiency gains through automation and transparency.
