The Need
Confidoo needed a partner who could build fast, integrate deeply with MS Teams, and deliver flexibility for the future —
while keeping costs under control.
The Solution
We began the project by wireframing the concept to establish a clear specification for a proof of concept application. Early development focused on solving technical integration challenges and validating feasibility for collaboration platforms. Based on business analysis, MS Teams was chosen as the initial launch environment, with features tailored to real time work coordination.
The platform was developed as a .NET Core web application deployed on Azure. Azure WebJobs and Azure SQL streamlined background processing and data management, while Angular.js and SignalR provided the responsive interface and real time interactions. An adaptation layer enabled integration with the Microsoft Teams API.

Confidoo wanted to build a platform that brings the dynamics of a stock exchange to project tasks — driving participation, engagement, and organizational responsiveness. To succeed, the platform had to:
