iNTERACTi needed a partner who could ideate, design, and build an extensible platform quickly, within budget, and ready for rapid scale.
The Solution
We worked with the founders through extensive ideation and brainstorming to identify the platform’s essential features. These concepts were transformed into wireframes and mockups that were validated through test user groups. The platform was then developed using Scala and HTML5, designed from the outset for high scalability to support large scale user adoption. Cloud storage and compute resources were selected to balance budget constraints with the need for rapid scaling.
A rigorous testing strategy was created to validate performance across diverse devices and large loads. Multiple usability sessions and iterative reviews ensured that real time experience issues were identified early and incorporated into ongoing development.
